Important Information
- A booking is confirmed after date and time approval.
- By booking a session, the client agrees with the photographer’s style and editing approach.
- The photographer selects technically unsuccessful images and does not deliver unedited or RAW files unless stated otherwise.
- Photo selection can be made by the client from a private online gallery.
If the client prefers, the final selection can be made by the photographer. - Editing time starts after final photo selection.
- Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to force majeure.
- Studio rental, entrance fees, and travel to remote areas are not included unless agreed in advance.
- Express delivery is available for an additional fee where indicated.
- The photographer is not responsible for the animal’s behavior, mood, or cooperation during the session.
- The client is responsible for the safety and well-being of the animal during the shoot.
Usage Rights
- Photos are delivered for personal or commercial use according to the selected package.
- For commercial and brand usage, crediting the photographer is appreciated unless otherwise agreed.
- The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, and social media unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.
